Day 1
Align motivation, set direction and draft practical Vision–Mission–Values
Day 2
Turn long-term direction into measurable goals and preload all fixed commitments into the calendar.
Day 3
Prioritize 2026 with clear “won’t do” boundaries, backward-plan milestones, and schedule execution in the calendar.
Day 4
Convert 2026 priorities into quarterly Objectives and set monthly Key Results
Day 5
Finalize metrics and calendar alignment, then build a personal accountability system for your team
